Hello Community Members!
We hope you are all enjoying the newly refurbished pool facility.
The board has worked tirelessly to make this a beautiful facility for
all to enjoy! If you have not had a chance to use the facility we
hope you do soon! The rust that had been eroding the deck has all
been repaired. The pool, wader, spa have been re-plastered
with new tiles installed. New Tropitone pool furniture
purchased as well as fresh new barbecue’s! To keep an eye on
association utility efficiency, the pool lighting was upgraded to
energy efficient LED lighting! The pool wrought iron fencing and
the wood trim on the cabana and trellis’ has also been repainted.
We hope you enjoy the newly beautified facility and welcome your
feedback!
E-Mail Communication
Tree:
In an effort to continue to improve ways to community
with community members, we would like to create a community E-mail
tree. This would allow management to communicate with members on
any important matters regarding association business, provide quick
updates on repairs and also as a vehicle to gain feedback or input on
items that come before the board. If you are interested, please
email your interest to Patty@crummackhuseby.com.

Street Sweeping
Street sweeping in West Irvine is about every other
Thursday.
This service is provided by the city only on the
public streets.
Residents are asked to keep their cars
off the street on the appropriate days.
If you have any questions, please call Public Works at
949-724-7600.
